We began with the formwork. Formwork is temporary or permanent molds into which concrete or similar materials are poured.
Next we show the foundation in place.
We now showing the exterior and interior framing in place.
Now we first take you through on the staging. Then we show the rafters in place as well as the addition being sheathed. Sheathing protects the floor, ceiling, roof, and wall framing and covers the entire building’s framework, giving it a solid shape. This structural layer is applied before aesthetic features like roof shingles or brick veneer are installed.
Here we show the entire structure, both the exterior and interior during different phases of the sheathing process. Notice the change in weather.
Now the siding was finished.
The finished garage home addition is now a great place for our clients to park their car along with the extra space.
